I just got my grandma's Chevy HHR. It took a beating from a garage door, got hit by a pebble at 70 MPH that cracked the windshield, some engine problems, and the main issue is a gas leak. If you have any tips on the prices to fix these things and how to repair the gas leak, please let me know. Here you can see the "beauty" of the car the interior of the car is in very good shape I have no idea what this means tire pressure is okay. Its been saying this for three years. 122,734 miles on this thing This is the damage from the garage door. its kind of hard to see, but there is a crack in the body on that weird rectangle thing that sticks out again im sorry for the camera quality but this is the gas leak in front of the left, rear wheel. you can see the small pool of gas where its leaking under the car I only have the key for it. I do want a key fob if you can tell me how I can get one.
Gas leak is fuel lines rusting out, common problem. Key fobs can be ordered on ebay, 09-up can be programmed by the owner, 06-08 need to be programmed by a dealer or locksmith

The recommendation is to get the Dorman programmer and fob, and get a genuine GM fob as well. The programmer will work on both. The Dorman fobs have been known to give a "low fob batt" error on the DIC, so that would be your backup fob. Still works, if you don't mind the error message.
Lol, it will be a good learning opportunity, right? Actually it only has 124k miles so how bad could it be, lol.
OP - this forum will help you get things up fixed and improved, just use the search function and don't be scared to ask for advice - there's a lot of good, knowledgable people on this site.
Another smart move would be to remove the valve cover and inspect the timing chain. Any slack at all means that you need a new timing set. These are interference engines.
