So I dropped the headliner and found the 14 pin connector is the one that plugs into the motor. I plugged the switch back in and could hear the motor clicking. After tapping on the motor with my flashlight I hit the button again and it closed! I think I'll put it all back together and pull the #10 fuse under the hood until I can get a new motor and replace it. I might be able to remove this one and lubricate it and get it working but really, why take a chance?

The motor for what I can see by pictures is in the very front of the headliner. You would have to take down the headliner to get to it. I have a 2010 and pulled down the center map lights and can't see it. There is a plastic cover between that part and the motor.

Did you just pull down the front of the headliner or removed the whole thing ?
