Hello to all. New member, 2008 LT, rear view mirror with on-star and compass features. After reading several posts I am confused as to whether the front map lights can be replaced with brighter bulbs. It seems unlikely to me that they cannot, but just looking for a definite answer and instruction. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the site, I haven’t had a close look at the 2008 mirror, but I’m sure someone will let you know. If it’s a #94 bulb in there then you should be able to change the bulbs.

Good to know, but can you help as to how to get access to the bulbs?
