New Panel in my shop

Ok, I finally sealed the deal today..

The (new to me) 08 Panel LT2 is here, & title should be coming soon too....

So I guess I'm finally an official HHR Panel owner here too..

Didn't take too long..Intertest began before I joined here Jan.09.07

Spent the afternoon enjoying a good ride with my Sweet OL...

Thanks TkHHR-

As you know, I have been in the mod planning stages for a while...(mentally)..

Even prior to owning it..
I can't help it..It's my nature, I have to have plans of what I would envision after my mods...

So I guess the fun can begin.. maybe not immediately, since I didn't want to finance it.

But another Panel has been adopted.. That's a good start...imo.

(head spinning with ideas)...

Why am I envisioning a pickup with a bed full of pennies backing up to the dealership?

Thanks everyone for the Congrats & well wishes.... I do appreciate em ALL..

I always knew this was the place for the answers & like minded motor heads....

"Why am I envisioning a pickup with a bed full of pennies backing up to the
dealership?"

Well it was just about a pick up bed full of pennies.. My 98' S-10 went on the trade, so the bed was only 11/16 full of pennies..

I owned that 98 S-10 since new.. I'll miss it.. But I guess life goes on.. I'm Paneling now !!!

Better pics as time permits.

Few frustrating issues to get straight first.

Rained Very heavily as I was doing the paperwork. So they weren't able to wash & detail (as promised), but they agreed to do that when I'm ready & the weather co-operates....

Also when they were removing the window invoice sticker from the Passenger window, Tint was slightly damaged. So they are gonna re-tint it for me..

And just noticed a tiny windshield crack in behind the R wiper. (barely noticable), Arrrgh !!!
I just spotted it today, as I was moving my stuff in..

Will be calling Dealer today when they open about that.. Not sure what resolution can come of that ?? We'll see..

This is my new (to me) baby... Let's call it the BEFORE PIC.
