Night lights on all most all the time.
Well as the other folks have indicated, you may have a faulty sensor on the top center of the dash, could be dirty also so try cleaning it with windex and a paper towel. I turn my headlights off during the day except when driving on a two lane road with opposing traffic. I simply cycle the light switch once and I get "Headlighs off" on the DIC and a chime which I then just acknowledge with the button on the steering wheel. The only time my light sensor interacts is when it gets darker outside either by black clouds or the sun going down but mine's a 2010 so it is relatively new. Hope you figure it out.
