I have the same problem on the drivers side rear door.
I put a shim washer on the B pillar, but it was not any help,so I guess I need to pull of the door panel and shim the two bolts on the door https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/show...p?p=345279#186

Thanks I'll try that. I am in new mexico and bought the truck from arizona so that could be a possibility here too.

I cant open doors with my key fob. What year is your Panel?

Thats cause yours is an 07..

Key fob door poppers started for the '08 model year & later..

Mine is an '08 Panel
