Parts train/ Strut Issue

Hello all. Like some help here if you have a minute. Looks like one of my front struts is bad and from what I understand, should be replace in pairs.

Cannot get them from locals like NAPA and Pepboys as they show as a dealer only and the Chevy place had them at $161 each. parts train has them at $83 each.

Anyone ever dealt with them?

Also looks like a somewhat easy instal. is it or is their a how too for the HHR? Thanks

Try Rockauto: www.rockauto.com

They usually have anything you may need.

Must be an area thing. Locals do not stock them except for the dealer. Thanks though.

How about the install. Looks relatively simple. Everything is right in front of my face

You will need a spring compressor to do the front struts...Other than that its pretty straight forward.

Front struts can be a little hard to find.... It took me a couple of tries to find someone that had them in stock.

I have used Partstrain in the past with no problems.
