Ask your GM dealer these weren't available over the counter up here in the Great White North!

 

I have that one on my car. I found part numbers for silver stripes on the hood (from an old repair).

They are: 25840895 (RT Stripe Hood Silver) and 25840875 (LT Stripe Hood Silver). Maybe this can help you or your dealer get started.

I should warn you, though, that they were NOT cheap. Nearly $50 each in 2013.

 

There were actually a single stripe kit and a double stripe, although I only saw a couple with the double.

My 2008 LT had a double white(maybe silver)/red stripe on black, I was led to believe it was a "dealer add-on" but the car was a former rental. It was starting to peel off from constant car washes.

Seems to me the insurance cost for 1 quarter panel was in excess of $300, don't remember for sure.
