Changing your own oil is not that bad - if you have your own pit. I'm lucky enough to have a wife that allowed me to build a grand 60'x60' shop. :twothumbs

I may be show'n off a bit, but it sure is nice having a great play pen.

That's slick, having your own pit.

I had one about 15 years ago. Did favors for some of the neighbors. Must have pi$$ed someone off. The county inspectors came out and gave me a hard time about running a business in a zoned for residential area. Argued a long time but finally had to fill it in. I really don't understand it. Never got paid for the favors......other than a burger or drink. But that's the way "big brother" is.

 

When I built the shop, the building inspector didn't have a problem with it as long as I didn't have a drain in it. I never charge my buddies and neighbors to use it, so no business here.

 

Took it to the dealer today, got my oil change (FREE) and a check off sheet .....
