Not TRYING to be a jerk......but can you use some punctuation? It may make it easier to understand what your asking.

But generally, if part of a radio is working and the other isn't....take it to the dealer...especially if its under warranty.

First: Welcome to the Club and Enjoy the Ride.
Second: Check all fuses, including the ones inside on the pass. side, other than that can not help you.

I'd suggest just bringing it to the dealer - it could be really simple, but if you are still under warranty it's best just to let them deal with it.

I second checking the fuses, if that don't do it, dealer time...

Check the automatic sound levels. It has 3 settings you can chose so that the radio goes up or down as your speed does. If you use the high setting, sometimes when you slow down, you can't hear the radio. It's still on but this automatic control turns it way to low. Also, if you turn it down while you're travelling fast, you can turn it too low to hear. I learned the hard way!

Pull the owner's manual out and learn how to adjust this feature to match your type of driving.

I think it's muted.

But, that's probably to simple of an answer.
