My 2004 Chevy Colorado with 18,000 miles has 2 issues. The blower fan works but maybe not on all speeds sporadically. You go over a bump and the fan will cut out . Then next thing you know it is working on all speeds.
the second issue is I get a reduced power warning and then the truck shuts off. It will let you coast but no power what so ever. Any ideas what this could be? I did have someone look at it and said something like computer module something but he isn’t interested in doing the job

Welcome, now this site is about and for the 2006 to 2011 Chevrolet HHR model years, but sounds like your truck maybe having an issue with loose wires, fuse , relays, fan or a faulty HVAC control module. Something you’re gonna need to investigate! Lift your hood look at the fuses and relays. I don’t know if the Colorado has a fuse box under the dash , so have a look under there too.
HHR and the Colorado share nothing in common except they are both Chevrolets. Everything else is different between the 2.
(the 2004 Colorado is an Isuzu designed truck for GM)
You would likely find some help from a Colorado forum.
