Whus Happenin, Fam!

Someone may have thought of this idea already but if not, feel free to credit me for it if it's possible and it works!

I was using my remote to of course lock my doors after carrying some pizza's (Hey, we was hungry...LOL) and I kept dropping the remote. I thought about how some (not all) cellphones have hard "covers" and wondered if the same thing was possible for the HHR remote? I think it would be cool if the vendors here had some available. I also think it would cool to have of course the HHR Logo on it as well. It would probably need to be something that you could "clamp" together like it would sit it and you would close the case together but also have a way to open it easily so that you can get to battery when it needs to be changed. Now I know that there are two (at least from what I know) types of remotes for the HHR: the standard remote and the one with the screen in it. The design could be either a general design to fit both types (probably the least expensive to design) or a design to fit each of them respectively. Also, it could either be different colors or maybe a shiny black or chrome (silver) maybe? I don't know if it should be a metal or a hard enough material to simulate a metal or steel without affecting the battery or signal? I'm not well versed in this area so I'm maybe be overthinking some things.

What do Y'all think?

I hate to be the guy raining on parades, but... Check out the counter at the local GM parts dept., or any locksmith shop, or Ebay. everything but the HHR logo anyway

Cool! Checked the pages out out and those are okay. However, a hard case would be even better!
