Everybody thinks that GM uses words the same way real people do. "Porous block" is usually interpreted as holes in the block where fluids pour out.

I really didn't think it needed an interpreter. I guess I need a American English to Canadian English vocabulary book. Even though they seem to be the same words.

I see the "porous block" issue as an opportunity to get a great deal on a 2008, since people whose knowledge of the issue begins and ends with a cursory Google serch are afraid to buy one.

Oil in the water and vice versa is much more likely to be a result of a head gasket problem.
