I got a Sony mini-DVD camcorder. I have two college graduations this year and the old video camera bought to record the boys in high school football and marching band was wearing out. Besides, I had a hard time finding tapes for it. The new one is 1/3 the size of the old one which was 1/3 the size of the first VHS-size recorder we bought in 1991. Don't you love technology?

I bought my son a Samsung Eternity cellphone. It's a brand new touch screen model similar to the Iphone. So far, it works great. I wish I had one instead of my PDA. Internet access on a cell phone is half of what it costs on a PDA through AT&T. Explain that to me!

Cool Happy Christmas all!

My Niece works at Disneyland and will be going in at 4.00 today (Autopia is her ride!)--so I made a turkey, ham, etc. for an early brunch for sis, BIL, and two Vets (brother & nephew).

I told my sister no gifts--what with the economy, etc., what was more important to me was that we were together. Of course we still bought each other a few treats like sleepwear and gift cards to fav stores (I bought myself plenty of gifts!)

The rain promised hasn't hit yet, but still too cold to eat outside.

Here is a pic of my Xochitl trying to eat the (fake) tree!

This is what Chris and I do as well with the exception of the nieces and nephews. They still get Christmas gifts.

I got a lot of dog training supplies for my labrador pup! Bumpers, heeling stick, whistle, etc. It's not everything I need, but it's definitely a good start!

Mamma was out looking for a matchbox or anything that happened to be an HHR...and she came up with.... a Grey on yellow Road Ripper...found it at Toys-R-Us on the top shelf partially hidden,by accident.I was surprised when I opened it today as all the stories Ive read that this was a extinct species..
might just have to send her out on some other missions!!

A new 22"LCD puter monitor
Harley dartboard and Harley Mens jewelry box
TomTom
6 pak of NC DUPLIN wine (yum)
