So I was Thinking? of adding a little Bull Bar to my HHR panel..what do you guys think. anyone ever done it.
its probably something id have to make my self or alter my self.

 

We've had a member or two thinking along the same lines, but when you pull the front fascia you'll not be too impressed with the structure you have to work with.

The bumper bar hidden under the SMC fascia and impact absorbing foam is, shall we say, less than robust.

So the "Bull Bar" or "Roo Guard" will be just for looks, unless you beef things up a bit.

 

Yeah Ive had the front off before I split the front bumper driving in the snow and driving through a hedge :) so I bought another one and replaced it, I guess the trouble would be if it happend again the bull would probably cause more damage than it would save in relistic terms

 

Thinking realisticly thpugh it would have to be off the bumper away because they way the hood opens, the over hang of the grill would be in the way, so it probably couldnt work
