I love my Shadow. Back in 2008 when I went to the dealership to buy a HHR I was looking for a black with black interior with a sunroof. They did not have one and right as I was about to leave then sales folk brought around a Shadow Edition. I was sold as soon as I walked up to it.

Hey Shadow(IN) can you provide a schematic of where you placed your underbodys? I've been toying with the idea of doing this, and seeing how cool yours is with them, I want to. I think I am going to do UV Purple..

I'd think you'd want to place them just inside of the rocker panel pinch welds as I've indicated on this photo of an HHR laying on its side. I'm thinking that you can also mount them just behind the front and rear bumpers, hope this helps a little bit Kev.
FYI the wrecked HHR belonged to a member here, they were uninjured in the accident.

LOVE the lights. Didn't think I would like them and that they'd look tacky but I LOVE how they look.
Looking at the OP, I LOOOOVE the shadow edition!! If I had found one of those, I might have been tempted to go in THAT direction rather than getting a newer model. (but I still love mine). :)
