I cant say 100%, but i believe ANY of the headlights are interchangeable. My 08 Shadow Pkg has the B2E Option.
Most all of the lights i see Specify that they are Not for HHRs w the B2E RPO code....which i think is Supposed to be Smoked headlamps.
Mine are clearly not Smoked lens on them. I JUST picked up a new set of the Black housing lights this afternoon....but yet to put them in my 08 Shadow.
Im thinkin they will look pretty Sweet w the Black Granite paint.....AND the Black Stainless Steel MESH upper/lower Grills that will be arriving Tomorrow!
Updates to follow in the next few days when i get the headlights installed....w/ LED bulbs......too cool!

I have searched many threads in search of this Exact answer....and nothing was definitive. I just cant see them (GM) Designing an entire new headlamp for an application like this.
So going out on a limb here, and bought a set.
Best i can tell, it was just a Color change, not a Fitment issue.

All headlights for the HHR interchange, I’ve had SS lights in my LS , I’ve put B2E headlights into a friends 1LT.
He got them from 1AAuto last fall.

I though this article was interesting in particular because it discloses clues how the blackout grille and other “black chrome” finishes were accomplished.

”Black chrome is a special, tinted chrome finish featuring Lacks Enterprise's Spinelle™ Metal Finish.”

Tracing that leads to https://lacksenterprises.com/finish-...etal-finishes/

I saw one of these on the freeway last week in Metro Detroit. It was covered with stickers, a young woman was driving it and it didn't look to well maintained. If only they knew.
