Steering Wheel And Shift Knob Rewrap

I decided to start a new thread on this as things posted on the "What Did You Do To Your HHR Today" thread get buried pretty quickly.

I bought a extra steering wheel for my panel out of a junk yard, stripped it and sent it off along with my shifter knob to CRAFT CUSTOMS in Texas for a re-wrap. The do both custom and restoration type work, and can do in leather, vinyl or wood. Turn around time on my wheel was a week.

Workmanship looks GREAT, and while it certainly wasn't cheap, it really will add to the looks of the interior I think.

Here is a link to their web site if anyone is interested.

When we first got the Panel, the interior was all black except for the white headliner...now, with the wood grain dash kit and all the red in there, it's just-a-poppin....

Those look amazing! I imagine Craft Customs will be getting some inquiries from some folks here. Your color scheme is the same as mine and I am looking at other ways to get the red into the cabin.

When you say "not cheap," how not cheap was it?

Total cost was $449.00....take a look at my other interior mods on my Pbase site, especially the new seats. If you don't know the address pm me for a link.

You just gotta have some snide remark slip in from time to time don't you?

Good - glad you don't care - then I will go and remove your comment. And you know well that what you are inferring is not what the "links" issue was about. thread closed.

and yeah, nice steering wheel and knob.
