Thumbs up Caddy horns

I, too, was unimpressed with the anemic horn... So, I got some horns off of a '74 Cadillac ($10 bucks ea.) at the local junkyard. There's a 'low' note, and a 'high' note. I put one on the right side frame horn, and the other where the existing horn was. For 'weatherization', I put dielectric grease in the butt connectors and shrink tubing on the connections. I really like the early GM sound that they put out, plenty loud, too...

I do have my remote set to not honk 'em, don't want to scare anybody. They sure are effective to get slower drivers out of the fast lane, though.

I installed a Wolo Bad Boy. Small, self contained air horn with integrated compressor that easily mounts in the stock location with a single bolt. You'll have to increase the fuse size on the horn circuit.
