I know I would lose all automatic function but my driver seat is so worn and doesn't support my back at all. I was wondering if I could just unbolt the two seats and swap them.

 

Not really sure what you mean by "automatic function".

Anyhow the seat controls would be on the inside against the console if you swapped seats. Wouldn't be able to use the controls to adjust the seats.
Besides that, the passenger seat is just a basic manual function one.

Best bet. Find a used one for the drivers seat.

 

They don't swap from left to right, have an upholstery shop redo the foam.

 

The local shop redid all the foam in both front seats for $100.
