Just wondering if anybody had a lens removed that knew what the outside diameter was? I have an idea, not sure if it will work or not though.

Steve, the lens OD is elliptical, but at its widest points it is 5" and 4.625". Hope that's what you were after.

Thanks a bunch! I really hadn't looked at them too closely, I thought they were perfect circles. Shows how much I know...I haven't had the car more than 2 weeks yet and already got the itch to customize it a little..

I didn't know I was going to end up with an HHR. I sold my car the first week of the Cars for Clunkers program.

 

When I saw the Passat's rear light's I was curious if they would fit my HHR as they are clear lenses with LED's the outer light is the blinker and the center light is the stop light.
Thought that would be a cool upgrade, but they are bigger that the oem light.
