Tech 2 questions

I have recently bought a Tech 2 for my 2008 HHR. So far the Tech 2 looks fine: I am able to delete DTCs and reset the TPMS for example. Now I would like to try things like changing the car's region code from Europe to US and see what other options there are.

- Should I be able to do that with a stand-alone Tech 2 or do I need something like TIS2Web for that? I haven't found out so far.

- How do I find out which letter I have to choose for "Product Line" (in the Tech 2 menu for car brand, year etc.)? I have used "A" until now, but I am not 100% sure whether this is correct.

As these are very Tech 2 specific questions, does anybody know of another forum or website, which center around Tech 2 topics?

I have found out that the letter I have to choose for "Product Line" is definitely "A". Helpful information for VIN decoding can be found here:

As my questions are very Tech 2 specific, does anybody know of another forum or website, which centers around Tech 2 topics?

If you go into BCM setup you can change some options. I added Fog lights and the dash switch which my LS Panel didn't have.
