? Tie rods

I have 2011 hhr LT 2.2 and I want to order tge correct inner and outer tie-rods….how do I tell which suspension package this thing has?

Look at the glovebox RPO sticker. It will be either the FE1 or FE3. A 2011 model with the base 2.2L engine most likely is the FE1 suspension.

Are the inner ones as much fun to change as Im expecting? Any Idea what they torque to?

The FE3 has different tie rods???

No, they are the same as FE1

Right. As far as I can tell, the only difference between FE1 & FE3 is dampeners. Still trying to figure out what differences there might be in springs between years or wagon vs. panel.

Part numbers way back when these were new, but those are long obsolete and most aftermarket companies just make a spring more FE3 then FE1.
