Hey TWM!

Any chance you can get it with a pistol grip? Or install an aftermarket
pistol grip? Heck I would even "buck up" for a one off type deal! I'd almost bet a
few of us would like a pistol grip!

try there web site. www.twmperformance.com

They have many knobs. The size of the shaft is common and othe knobs or grips will most likely work.

You can also call them and ask. They were very helpful to me when I called.

Went there and found almost all of their knobs round . Nothing is even close to a pistol grip......On a side note, I thought the HHR knobs are press/ wedge fit. And then ya got that reverse lock out thing going on. How 'bout it TMW? Do me a knob.......er...ummm...pistol grip that is.

We have no plan in the near future to make a pistol grip like shift knob, we are very busy with short shifters developement for all the 09 models right now!

It's something we might look at in the future, thanks for the suggestion.

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to post and let you know that the HHR specific short shifter install manual is now on our website linked from the HHR short shifter page. I also would like to thank Rcflyboy for his very detailed pictures and descriptions for the HHR installation procedure, he was a huge help!
