I had my first warranty work done today they replaced the weather strip on the drivers side with fast friendly service so my dealer Mtn View Chevrolet in Chatt., Tn. was good to me, a good first experience.

Good to hear! I think most of us are guilty of telling everyone (posting) when we have a bad experience, but rarely tell anyone when things go well. I'd bet that there a lot more experiences of good service than bad.

 

It is true only the bad sales and service tend to get mentioned.

I have found there are many good GM service departments in my area. But it just takes one poor service department or dealer to make all look bad.
