General HHR Discuss anything related to the Chevy HHR that doesnt seem to fit into the more specific categories below.

Well, I was going to simply ignore them...but now I have to murder them all.

Interesting. I wish the black widows out here were "rarely found indoors". I've live in western Texas, Arizona, and southern California (Barstow). All desert areas. I have yet to have a residence that I didn't find atl east one inside, usually in the garage. You have to be careful here when you reach behind things. I also have known some people who have mistaken the black widow for the brown recluse, although both are nasty critters.

Its shocking for sure, but remember that it gave its life so that other HHR's could benefit from the usable spare parts it contained.

Think outside the box Greybeard, I see usable rims/front fenders/lights/bumpers/suspension components etc. Yeah its a crispy critter, but I'm sure they salvaged enough parts off of it before the shell was crushed.

I've been finding them on my HHR too. Constantly leaving web strands accross my widshield.

Maybe the HHR should have the same recall Mazda did. These spiders aren't common where I'm at. Never saw them on any other cars (and I've had a lot) nor around the yard..

Odd.

I would love to shoot them with my gas/Styrofoam super soaker homemade napalm gun.
