For future reference, this is why I recommend Moog ball joints , correct length bolts come in the kit

Thanks old blue but I bought the complete arm already done ... I guess you got to watch what you buy .. just crazy to tighten it up and just a little and started to strip ..

No, I think that is kinda correct. The fe5 on the Cobalt SS/SC is the smaller stud, fits all Cobalts, except SS/TC.

But I searched for the HHR, not all GM’s with FE5 suspension, that information should be in the Cobalt part of the Moog catalogue .
let’s clarify the HHR SS doesn’t accept this part number, ball stub is too small

I highly recommend going this route here but they are $32 on rock auto
