Cranked up Paddy and took the wife and son to the Auto-Fair at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, beautiful weather and some really sweet rides this year.

Dustin is turning into a Junior Motorhead, "g g g g g g" with a smile and a squeal seams to mean "Dad did you see that car? Wow!"

P.S. Digging the stripes jimbob!

The pillers are the metal part holding up the roof. What you are calling pillers are called Garnish Moldings. That is why the Canadian was confused. I worked in the factory and installed these garnish moldings for a few months.

But this is piddles compared to some of the guys around here. You will be one of those guys in the next couple weeks from the looks of it lol.

This is a case of tomato tomato where many just refer to the locations and state interior like I did.

I actually would love to see a stereo shop workers confused looks if a customer were to say I want to install my tweets in my garnish moldings lol.

Heck where do most if not all of us say our factory tweeters are installed? Or the boost gauge for the SS's? Just sayin'.

Did I say many....ooopppsss I ment most everyone even the aftermarket and manufactures lol. When you look for guage pods that would be located in the "garnish moldings" you would be finding them being called pillar pods. Here is a small thread on here about these : https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/show...ht=boost+gauge

I really do not understand why you felt the need to send me a PM on this and post it when they are universally refered to as PILLAR.

I changed the cabin air filter on mine today. Other than that I just enjoyed a nice 70 degree day off work.
