BQS4 , I modified the stock grill. cut out the bars I didn't want , then shaped the rest and filled in the top of the bow tie

Great Job Blizzard

In my opinion the three bar conversion is the best and first mod I would do If or more likely when I buy another HHR non SS.
I cannot find the pic of my 07 with three bar mod next to my HHR ss
at the dealer when I traded it in but it was tough looking at both and saying goodbye to my 07.

As far as me for today
Giving the 55 chevy a break from the car show life this weekend at the Syracuse Nationals and giving the Studebaker a break from cruising around last night.
I am hoping to drive my HHR SS to the NAtionals I would love to give it a shot on the autocross track but unfortunatly the car has to be 1980 or older.
then again today is american muscle car day where they allow new challengers
mustangs
and camaros in etc.
I never could get an answer on etc.
lol
then its on to looking for a wiring schematic for the fan module of my ss

Replaced: both head air bags, both front seat belts, SDM, roll over sensor. Now I need to go to the Buick dealer to have the BCM programed for the new parts. The Buick dealer is easier to deal with than the Chevy dealer.

The curious thing is now the airbag light flashes, instead of steady but the seat belt light works as it should. I hope that means I did everything right.

Blizzard;
Did you use any mesh/screen material behind the grille after you took out the two bars? I mean in order to prevent debri from ruining the radiator?

But Sam, wouldn't that imply that HHR's drive like a bus?
