Chemo round #8 for Michelle today, and except for freezing our collective butts off, she's not needed the "Icky Bucket" since we got home.

They're forecasting 24°F for tonight's low, after today's high of 50°.

Stereo is primed for the 6pm Crank It Oldblue.

Mike and Oldblue it is good to hear good news.. I have not been so lucky still no word from the adjuster still today. I called my insurance co and all I get is we will try to call him and all I get back is we got his voice mail. I have left him messages myself with no replies. All he has to do is call and tell me is that I am tenth on the list. What gets me is that he lives 50miles east of Roanoke. They tell me that they can not reassign to a new adjuster. As soon as this is over I am looking for a new company. They advertise how great they are, .......... maybe I will write Warren Buffet.

Cripes Ron, that's some sterling customer service, not!

You wouldn't be dealing with "The Good Hands People", or the folks who are "On Your Side", by any chance?

Well I installed an Airaid inake today and LOVED the sound and seat of your pants responds...... Until it caused a P0171 to show up (scanned using my phone). I disassembled the intake, checked for vac leaks, and reassembled the system only for the code to pop up yet again. Long story short the stock box is back on. I guess my 06 2.4 doesn't like the extra air or something -_-. After a very extensive test drive with the stock box the car has been free of codes, so I am pretty positive it was the Airaid intake.

Yes, the intake for the HHR is specific. If you use an aftermarket without a tune, it will likely throw codes.. If you send me a PM, I can point you in the direction of a reputable tuner.

I have a K&N FIPK installed on Thursday driven to Hamilton on Friday an hour each way, no code, and no tune either! It sounds just a little throaty but not much!

I retorqued Paddy's lugnuts, I know....Mike is possibly the most exciting Administrator ever!!!

Honestly, Michelle's Chemo, and the last month have just about used us up.

But we couldn't do it without the kind thoughts, Prayers, and encouragement of our Second Family here.

Oldblue and his Sweetie will no doubt echo our thoughts, y'all are truly the best and Thank You just doesn't seem like enough sometimes...But Thank You All!!

Ewww, now I see why you're getting the runaround Ron, those folks are rated "D-" by the BBB.

I've been with Nationwide since 1982, no complaints at all, I just feel really old sometimes when I think about outliving my first agent.

Keep us posted.
