He certainly is!
Hooked me up with some pieces I've been wanting for a while, and did right by me.
Helluva guy.

Oil/filter change at 50% mark. Cleaned and vacuumed interior and did the inside windows. Still needs a good wash/wax - but the rain is threatening along with a nasty wind storm.

Thanks for all the well wishes gang, I'm still not back to 100%, more like 75% based on the Brain Fart to Rational Thought ratio.

I'm really not doing this "sick" thing well, and Michelle is about ready to brain me.

No so much "Me" as the other driver

On my way home from work today, had an oncoming pickup truck lose it and spin out into my lane. Nothing I could do to avoid him. Icy/snow covered road surface.

I was only doing 30-35, he was going much faster.

Radiator/AC condenser is sitting where air filter housing used to be, hood is in the windshield.
HHR came to rest at a 45* angle in oncoming lane (2 lane road), he wound up roughly 30' off my side of the road sitting 90* to road travel, facing the road.

I have a couple pics, but my dumb-fone don't upload to the web.

I'm sore, but otherwise OK.
HHR was just payed-off in February, and we dropped the full-coverage insurance.
I'm just going to sign the title over to the tow company.
Then contact my lawyer to see about getting some money from the idgit.

Sorry your HHR is toast, the other guy should be paying for the damages

Today is inspection day, took it to the dealer for the emmissions test, the shifter locked up on the tech, so a new shifter is on order.
I don't remember it locking up before, just lucky it happened right in their shop!
