Napa just delivered a box of brake bits for Paddy, so tomorrow will bring some quality garage time, Michelle really "enjoys" topping up the Master Cylinder with brake fluid.

But when you're using a vacuum bleeder, you don't ever want to hear that "Snerf" sound of a Master Cylinder being sucked dry...it really ruins your day.

Interior Swap Out

Finally got the leather seats (front and rear) installed in the '07 Panel. Contacted a local well-referenced upholstery shop and he installed them with little if any difficulty. Nice to have the power passenger seat now, too.
BTW, if anyone locally (Northern Virginia, MD and DC) needs some stained, grubby, old beige seats you can have 'em really cheap. Let me know.

Put mine in storage, it won't be driven in the snow and salt.

Went down to Lowe's to pick up a washing machine I bought last night online... The kids loading it had no faith that the washer was going to fit in the back of that "car".

Slid right in with room to spare.... Nice.

Then I got to drive home in the snow... with a washing machine in the back. Fun times.

Took the the HHR out on the ice and snow covered roads fer the first time, since I sold the Sonoma last week,, figures, 7" of snow 4 days later. I am now, after this drive, in the market fer a Colorado or Canyon,,, look'n at a 08 3.7 4X4 in matching black to park next to the HHR tomorrow,,, it's all about price!

I noticed the HHR sitting in the driveway... It's 9 degrees out there. I'm not going outside today for anything.

I did take it out yesterday, it was a whopping 17 degrees... Like "heatwave, man". Asap I'm going to take that wall oven back I got last week and trade up to a double oven. It fits the retro look of my kitchen remodel better and.... well, it's a double oven. Gotta be better right? (I don't bake stuff, so I'm not too worried about it) Seeing as I have to make the cabinet that it fits into, I may as well make it for the proper oven.

Anyways... the HHR will be hauling a double oven soon(ish) and lumber soon after that.
