Must be the week for leaking fuel lines, just had the wife's lines replaced.
Inside insulation was fine, leak occurred at the clip just before the insulation. All good now.
Also discovered a broken coil spring passenger side. This I do myself.

The area doesn’t air out much, the water, salt and sand splashed up there and then, rust! Yeech!!

The two larger lines are the fuel lines and the black thinner lines are the brakes.

Thanks Blue for the picture. I thought the clip was thinner than what you showed.

Replaced the driver's side power window switch and power mirror switch. Went to local Pull-a-Part and got the upper supports for the tailgate lift supports and put on my car, replaced supports. Replaced the cabin air filter. The old one was a Delphi filter, makes me wonder if it was the original filter hoping it was a dealer replacement at some time.

Friday I installed new gas struts on the rear gate on my 10. I ordered the Sachs from Rickauto. The work better then the originals ever did. I was unsure because they were so much cheaper then any of th others, less then $9.00 each. They are German made and fit great. Locally Auto Zone were $30 each but only had one, Advanced Auto was$40 each and the dealer was $45 each. While I was at it I ordered new front and rear wipers, air filters, and cabin air filters for both the 09 and the 10. They will get installed when it gets warmer and stays that wan. I am so ready for spring.

Went to Seedy Saturday yesterday morning to assist our farmer friend, then drove over to St Catherines.
on Friday we saw a new 2018 GMC Terrain SLE sitting in the used car area of the GMC dealership, Sweetie bought the Terrain to replace her Sunfire.
Surprisingly, I didn’t want to drive it, it is a Demo with 23,700 klm, it has the huge panoramic sunroof, it’s a nice dark blue , nicely appointed.
I still want to drive the HHR to Florida, but the dual climate controlled A/C might just get me into it.
