Jim , I understand your reasoning for saying goodbye to your HHR , maybe after the house is built, pick up a nice low mileage used one, in your favourite colour and model.

Jinx! FMG they fail in fours!

Today , we’ll take a scenic drive in the country, enjoy the weather, stay away from any beach towns. It’s way to hot out there to swap out those coil spring plates.

The high outdoor temp here is 108, so far... It's only 5:00, it could go higher. That's in the shade with airflow around the sensor.

Rolled out to the MIL’s to check the progress of the drying equipment, she decided last night sometime to go downstairs and unplug all the fans, dehumidifiers and the sanitizer spray machine! Yea! and she wonders why the floor is wet down there, man, I’m not happy with her, what are we gonna do with her while we wait for the crew to replace the walls and appliances over the next couple of days.

She told my wife, she had to turn them off , it was dark out, so the humming noise must have woke her up.

Sweetie took her out to the farm, her friends cat just had kittens 3 weeks ago, and that seemed to calm mom down. She wanted to bring two home, even though she already has a cat.
