You mean you're not a SharkBite kinda guy? LOL In most cases, old school is best.
PittKrew- FWIW: I have read there is a class action lawsuit against Shark Byte. Because the rubber liner in their brained lines deteriorates especially on hot water tanks after some time & it starts causing black particles to come out your hot water spigots. So it will be all thru the hot water pluming in ones house.. Not cool..
I agree with you BOTH 100%. no doubt. I just hope that didn’t come across as if I’m a complete dope about cars. I assumed all cars had springs with the strut tower and/or shocks, but it was very strange when I didn’t see it with the shock. Then again he was fast and I didn’t really have a ton of time to inspect everything while he was doing it and showing me the old shocks.
planetrj- Maybe you are thinking of "Coil-Overs" Nice set-up. but our rides don't come stock w/them..
Only moved my Panel forward in the garage, had to put in a new Hot water Heater.
Hey Sleeper.....as my old buddy George Carlin used to say, " why would anybody want to heat hot water. hmmmmm"....just having some fun. How you doing Buddy?
this past week I installed new rotors and pads, and painted my new to me G6 rims, and fit them mounted and balanced. One of the original 17's has a bad dent on the barrel so I'll be keeping an eye out for one
Finally a quiet ride! Replaced passenger wheel bearing last week as I thought it was the bad one. NO mis-diagnosed wrong side.
Put in the driver's side yesterday now I'm able to drive it. Driving an E350 for a few weeks I appreciate the trucklet that much more
Both sides came apart nice and easy no BAH needed.
Today was a plumbing day, replaced broken toilet and sink taps in MIL’s second washroom downstairs, thankfully the hold down bolts were brass and the faucet nuts were zinc, they cracked off with a few taps of my chisel and 3 lb hammer. Then off to the dump with the debris, Sweetie stayed with her Mom, cause getting a new toilet was upsetting, really 58 years with the same commode , I don’t get the attachment!
Woodie, it’s nice having a quite ride, glad you changed both sides.
