Ronnie.
Thanks for the reminder that I'm thankful to be retired.

Oldblue,
Just so you don't feel alone, I've decided to redo my kitchen backsplash.

Had I made better choices in life along the way it's very possible I could be retiring this year. I regret a few things here and there in my life but don't believe I would be where I am in today if I changed anything. Everything happens for a reason. I am a very strong independent woman...but don't mind having my 🤠 take care of things. And I'm damned sure would have never met my 🤠 had I not made a few mistakes.

On a side note Uncle Sam gave me a little money today...so I am buying ceiling tile, rust encapsulator and paint for spoiler and touch up paint. If I could only find the elusive hens tooth I would be over the moon.

Today , an eye doctor appointment for me, then off to the farm to replace the wood stoves chimney pipe, so the bathroom project will have to wait. I did get more framing done, I might take a day or two off , and enjoy this spring weather.

Steve, I found some, in the south,

Ronnie,
It wasn't so much about choices made in my past.
The decision was based on how much I dislike the way others choose to deal with situations.
I had to give up some priveleges but the decision was well worth it.

Tomorrow I am going to pull the carpet out in the HHR to dry and then drive around for a couple of days to see if I fixed the leak or not.

Great to know you did it the Great Blue Eyes way...you did it your way! Gotta love Frank...or that other Blue Eyed character.

I think I dodged the bullet with this HHR with leaks. It was a pain on my old one. Good luck!

If it was for me, I would seriously consider it.

However, my daughter doesn't like the panel versions of the SS (visibility among other things) so I have to keep looking.

I would like a 2009-2011 LT with leather seats (cloth seats too easy to get dirty), mileage 150K or less. Also not a local vehicle here in Western New York due to the rust problem. I am looking at southern PA or Ohio.

Steve
