Awesome, those red powder coated calipers are nice! If you updated to rear disc brakes!

I have rear disc brakes but I'm going with standard calipers.
I'm not to fond of the red ones and I couldn't find blue at Rockauto.

Nope red is the colour of choice!
I sprayed the BlackSwans calipers and drums black. Good enough!

I painted the caliper brackets to match SISU's color already.
Now I can paint the rear calipers the same.
Meanwhile, I have the DIC button resistors added and will hopefully install the Cobalt wheel this weekend.
And yes, I will be taking pictures during the install.
Again I thank you all that have help with my questions during this customization.

Left my keys in a work truck that got dropped off for service. Left my baby over night. Didn't get broke into. So I got that going for me.

did a little off-roading today... we're so jammed packed with cars now that the holidays are over and rentals are down, that they've commandeered a third of the employee lot for fleet cars
and since Fri is normally my day off, so I went in later than normal.... no more spots

it did okay going up, but hit hard coming down

Had to remake the new DIC brackets as the first ones were too thick.
AHHH, the old trial and error method.

Top ones were too thick ,1/8", bottoms ones are 1/16"
And the harness'

Power input with resistors and ground

Do? Nothing yet but re-found one.

Since selling my '08 LS I've been looking for the replacement.
Saw one '06 LT at a dealer late in the year 2020. 2.4L (114k) leather.
Today it pops back up on-line.
Reviewed the CarFax and sure enough same HHR back at the same dealer less than 600 miles and 60 days later.
The orphan on the lot. The next lowest priced vehicle is double!
Needs a good home?!
Have a happy safe weekend.
