Smelled gas - thought it was from the jerry cans for the boat but looked on the ground near the door - the dreaded fuel line leak. Ordered the stainless steel repair kit instead of the nylon one - costs about $30 more and now I'll get ready to smell like gas for a day. At least it happened before the snow began.

I've had A LOT better luck searching on google ... chevyhhr.net (your search term) ... rather than using the search feature on the site
lots of results come up for sunroof... maybe you can find it there?

I always try google first, but I try both if needed. Like this: "[searchterm] site:chevyhhr.net"

In last few days: Replaced the VVT Solenoids:

Modified my Airaid Intake housing:

Notice how it went directly over top of the wiper fluid cap But now:

I can finally refill my wiper fluid again!!! And I installed some radiant foil in & under my airbox just because I had some left over from a completely unrelated project.

And replaced both rear turn signals with LED bulbs.... plus I cleaned up the tail light lenses by wet sanding from 1,000 to 10,000 grit. Tried 2 different bulbs, Sylvania Zevo - horrible, can barely see in daylight if the sun is shining on them. Then Auxito, half the price & brighter than the Sylvania by a mile. Even with sunlight directly on the lens you can see that they're on without stepping on the brakes. BUT both have the hyperflash problem. So may try Lasfit CANBUS LED's which are supposedly even brighter than the Auxito's and have built in resistors to stop hyperflash.

Sorry, but that cap is to the radiator coolant overflow jug.. Don't put window wash in there DEXCOOL only...Read the cap, it has Dex Cool printed on it. You can turn that cap around so it's easier to read.

Window wash jug is at the firewall, above your flex hose to your air box.

Replaced front hubs this morning.
Thanks to all that have posted on how-to.
Much quieter ride now. No more droaning while on the highway.
Discovered caliper pin boots damaged.
Replaced them while I was there.
LCA's next weekend.
AHHH, the fun of ownership and being able to do these repairs.
