Finally put my eyelids on

I went with the sand base/clear method, pretty happy with the results.

Very cool!

Yesterday , I moved the BlackSwan from the garage to discover yet more fluid on the floor. Coolant ! After an inspection with a wand mirror and flashlight, I can see it dripping from the water pump. The trifecta! Transmission fluid from the output shaft seal, engine oil from the oil pan and the front cover gasket and now the Dexcool from the water pump, all in the same area on the front passenger side.
The rub is I replaced that water pump in December 2020, a new AC Delco pump.
A new Gates pump is enroute from RockAuto, 1/3 the price of the AC Delco.

Hopefully so..

Was at our Cruise in Show today, nice sunny day w/awesome breeze blowing, good fun day..

Came home had supper & 'bout 7pm went out & edged the lawn front & back.. I do a lot of 90* edging. Cutting our 4 inch grass, the edges make it look like fresh pressed suit..

Picked up a new water heater, 50 gal tall one and it almost fit inside, had the back hatch tied down and almost closed. Impressive!!

started out good...
took it to my old stomping grounds (my first dealership) for an oil change, replaced a bad TPMS, and discovered a DRL out, so had them do that too

then came home to take my other two (78 & 87) out for their weekly run around the neighborhood... and the Monte straight up died thankfully I was still in the neighborhood (not the highway) and I got it pulled over to the curb... I don't really have friends left on my side of town (they're almost all out in Orlando), so I had to walk home and then fork over $$ for a tow truck to get it the 1 mile home

Hopefully it’ll be something simple to fix!
