Spike looks cool, but if I were you, i'd Only use them at a car show I was showing my HHR at. Or a Cruise Night thing.

I wouldn't use them for daily use and park it and go shopping someplace.

I think you'd be asking for a lawsuit if someone was walking around the car while parked and injured themselves on one.

Not like a trailer hitch sticking out the back bumper area, "Hey you should have seen it, lots of cars have a hitch sticking out."

A kid running takes a turn around it and trips on a spike, won't be good.

 

Yeah, i'm probly gonna go with the spikes, if it looks like they'll cause a problem once i install em, i'l just use em for cruise nights. I also went to the dealership today, they convinced me to order a 2011 Panel, just gotta wait a couple weeks to save for a down payment , too bad i can't get an SS Panel... guess i'm gonna have to make the Panel an SS

 

Changed my red rear marker bulbs. Aimed my DEPO's Still have a black spot off the drive side between the fogs and head lights.

Washed and detailed Stiglitz inside and out.

Got my shipping label for the return of 2 of my strobes for being defective. Replacements in about a week.

 

Ran around in Paddy taking care of things before heading north on Wednesday, got mugged by a BP pump, came home....what excitement.

 

Loaded up frt and rear RGlide wheels to run down for new shoes tomorrow. Found my toolbox will fit if wheels taken off and laid on its back.....going to NY sat for 2 months, maybe for good...

 

I did nothing.......

Woke up, and came to work this morning. Got an "Engine power reduced" code again! for theb4th time in 7 months. =(

 

Went to a lumber yard, a 14 mile round trip. Counted 5 other HHR's on the road. Have yet to see an SS in real life. LOL!

There's a Silverstone Metallic and a Victory Red SS here in the Dayton area.

 

If you don't see one by June you will definitely see quite a few at the BBQ Ran some errands with Agent O. Not much.
