I'm confused again. Thought the SS did not come in a white color. Am I wrong or was this a repainted one?

How many days has this wastegate gone, are you past the two week mark yet?

On the tires, have you checked for leaking around the valve stems?
Yup made the 2 week mark on this one.

They have checked the valve stems a few times now, and then resealed the bead on the edge twice, and it is still leaking. Oh so much fun... not

843 where did you cross the border? Lk Ontario is kind of in the way. A nice 7 hour drive. I live in Clayton 10 minutes upriver from the Thousand Islands bridge. I bet you were a streak on 401 cruzin 80 mph? Where did u see the most HHR;s in Ca or NY ?

Not sure if the white SS was genuine or an assembled unit, but it had the SS grill and fascia, skirts, wheels, and stance so maybe it was a genuine SS panel that had been through a paint shop. Yeah KK4 we were that sonic boom out on 401, 19 of the 23 were in NY including the "sure looked like but maybe isn't a real one" SS panel.

Today will be a transit day to our next stop via our NY store, have to harass the worker bees don't ya know.

No need to remove that panel. I removed the intake box to get access back there. Once that's out there's a decent amount of room to work with. You'll just need long arms to reach some things.

I haven't really had a chance to "open her up" and do a road test since it's been raining here since Saturday night. It definitely feels 'torquier' though and it's super easy to spin the tires in the wet now lol. I also reset the ECU so it's still learning so to speak. The hardest part (for me) honestly was getting the intake box off (had never been off till Sunday), then reaching back to the turbo from the front. You don't realize how big our bumpers are until you're reaching over them lol.

I can feel you but I was thinking it was my big belly that was causing the stretch,I guess it could be the long bumper.

When I installed the intercooler and hotside I was getting 25+ boost till I turned off the car and the next time I started it We were back to 20lbs. I haven't thought of resting by unhooking the battery, think I should try it ??

Ms. Hippi. Have you tried a new tire?

But I don't wanna try that. I still got a bit left on the tread on these, then I guess I will try a new one. I dont' wanna put new ones on only to have the same issue and find out it is the rim.

But at least then you will have a new tire and know what the issue is.. the rim... could be a small fracture in the rim...
