Spent the morning and early afternoon in Boo Boo as we followed our real estate agent from place to place, nice lady, awful sense of direction! Learned again not to fall in love with a property before the inspector checks it out, one word...Termites. Now downloading several hundred photos of places we checked out, forgot how dang much fun property hunting is...or isn't.

I borrowed a nice portable tig welder from work to patch holes this holiday weekend.

I plan to shave the rear wiper and fill half dozen holes I cut doing body work.

What else should I trim before full paint? I'd like her pretty trim; emblems, rear wiper etc. I'm tempted to do the rear door handles.

Drove it. The GF got a herself an 06 GLI and we have been driving that because it has been parked behind the SS. Today I told her I missed the SS and to setop parking behind it so we could take it out. Her GLI is nice and has more cushy options then the SS but it doesn't hols a candle to it in the fun factor. I need to get the down pipe on and a re-tune and start driving it more. The last tank of gas lasted me almost 2 months :O

The rear handles delete would be clean, you could get the door poppers & the remote like my Panel has (08 & later)...

Tempting for sure. My lead sled has aftermarket type poppers that I installed so I'm familiar with what would be needed. Or I could do that same as I did in 93 as a kid to my civic lowrider and have a pull string running back to the rear hatch

6/30/11..traded a 2008 Trailblazer SS for a CPO 2011 HHR In Victory Red/Graphite
Over nite into 7/1/11 delivered news papers out of it. Roughly 80 miles
later sat at back of driveway reading/thumbing threw owners manual..

Bone head move, pulled in driveway after a morning bike ride and continued to pull all the way up into the garage with the bike still attached to the roof rack. Total destruction, ruined bike rack, tweek the bike forks and bent rim, huge dent in the HHR roof and just above the rear window along with about a dozen or so scratches down to bare metal. House seems to be fine at the moment though. Great start to the hoilday weekend.

OK, I'll bite

So how do you add pictures to any post here?

I've tried and can't seem to figure it out.
