I just took it around a couple of blocks, sounds great....... last turn towards home I had to creep by a cop who was obviously looking for the "hot rod".

I'll know more once I get it out on the open road.

Not so much a did to, more a did with. Kept pace with a new 2011 Jaguar XFR on I-85, mile after mile at 105, this little truck never ceases to amaze.

It was 50 degrees here and I had nothing better to do so I washed a couple of months (!) of grime off her.
It took about 2 hours because I missed some spots and black cars show off missed spots so well.
50 degrees
I think that's the last time she's getting hand washed until about um, April.

Winter sucks

Sweet exhaust man!

I went in the other direction and put the HHR in winter mode today. Put the stock front suspension back in, checked the brakes, put on the snow tires and steelies. Tomorrow I swap back the stock grille and intake. Yes, winter does suck.

Final cleaning touches before our meet at the USAF Museum in Dayton!!! Will be meeting some of our esteemed forum members for the first time. 70 degrees, sunny in Ohio in mid-november enough reason to be happy, but meeting other HHR'ers is even better:)

Drove mine to work in the FIRST snow of the year! Guess it is time to put the winter wheels on because the nice rims/wheels hate snow...
