Road Trip!

Leaving Dallas for a whirlwind trip to Orange Beach, AL to pick up my kiddos. They've been hanging with their grandparents for the past month!

Cleaned the "lunch box" up for the GM car show this week. That was big fun, interesting to see peoples reactions to the car. Man that paint looked good in the sun with the right coat of wax on it. Did the forum proud by representing as Chevy starts their 100 day count down to the 100th birthday.

My seats got cleaned too............... Wiping said downpour off the seats.

Windows were only down 1/2 inch...... "n' it be blowin' sidewayz...." This was before I started driving, when I was getting ready to leave Dad's place. Once I drove through the lake in the parking lot I had to follow the storm most of the way home, it knows where I live.

Oh boy, bashed hoods, broken windshields, and drowned seats make me glad that the fleet/herd/whatever stayed parked today.

SS, Greybeard, and Jay....sorry to hear that the day went all wonky for you. Expect about $210-250 for the cost of a new windshield Sam, looks like a stress crack, any signs of a chip at either end of the break?
