Pulled all of my lower interior plastics today. Washed, scuffed, prepped, primed; and then painted and low-lustre cleared them with SEM products. Went from the grey interior, to satin black.

Just need to go shopping for some faux suede, to do the headliner and pillars.

Then a buddy has some ebony seats to go in there as well, that I'll be putting suede inserts into.
Start a Thread and take pics as you go!

Can't wait to see the Transformation, and the new Audio setup you install.

I washed and waxed the SS with my 5yo daughter. She had a blast. It's only the second time since I got it over 2 years ago I was able to do it myself. I'm disabled due to a neck injury and don't get many days I feel good enough to do much of anything much less tackle such a big task. I'm hurting now and it will be a painful evening and tomorrow but it was worth it doing it with my kid. She is so proud of how she made it look soo pretty with my help. :)

Bravo to you celblazer....nothing like completing something with a "young one". Provides a special feel of accomplishment. But be careful, you need to be around for most of her life.

I washed it and then ran the line for the oil pressure gauge through the firewall and tied it off in the engine compartment. Tomorrow I will try and remove a galley and tie the line into the block. Wednesday may be a clay bar day then.

I put some old style chevy crossed flags where the chicklets used to be.

Took it out for some parade laps at Waterford Raceway! That was fun, even though I was to not exceed 50 mph ( I did ). Don't tell anyone.
