Had a dent taken out by the paintless dent repair folks. My own doing. grrr I've had other dents taken out by this method, typically door dings and the like. Always amazed that they can work out a dent with pry tools and the repaired panel is virtually perfect. Took Saphire home (my daughter named it--Mystique Blue Flash metallic), and gave it a wash and wax.

 

Saw one in traffic and got all misty eyed, still hundreds of miles from home and driving this awful rental Camry. I don't care if we get home tomorrow at 11:59pm, I'm going to fire up one of the HHR's and go around the block a time or three so I can once again drive a "real" vehicle instead of this plain white blop of a car.

replaced the air filter today

 

tWasn't 'zackly today, but last week picked up a big rock in the windshield driving through the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Left a golfball sized round crack right-in-the-line-of-sight.

Had windshield replaced, they asked if I wanted the tint strip at the top. Never saw an HHR with it, so I said if I can get it, I want it.





Got it.
