in different cities - a different concept of the road observation. Depends on local authorities.
For example, in Kazan, the camera on every corner, on every column. Unhappy Kazan drivers.
In Ekaterinburg - observation by police patrols. They are lazy and fond of money, there is no fear. Although in 2011 I had a couple of car chases. Now the concept is changing. The cameras appear on the main crossroads, police crews, too, got it. Comes a time when the movement is sluggish and boring.

Took the ol lady to work at 11 AM and then drove Morticia around for an hour or so since the streets were nice and dry.
kinda foggy and gray out, typical Winter crap.

But it was nice to ride around awhile drinking my X-Large Dunkin Donuts Coffee and Cranking some good tunes on my audio system.

One of those rather "forget it" sort of days, drove Boo Boo to the office, fixed a huge mess created by one of my employees then sadly had to fire him.

Traffic sucked on the way home, forgot to pick up a new set of headlamp bulbs for the Paddy-Wagon, and twisted my injured leg on the stairs up to the condo.....I want my Mommy!
