What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
#7102
The New rear spoiler arrived this after noon.
Installed it this evening.
Edit-
Pics this Morning, Panel was washed last night, covered in Dust this morning. My new to me HHR Cover should arrive Today, so HOPEFULLY it still fits when I install the Front Visor.

Spoiler looks great!
Just a hint/trick when you install the cover, roll it up from the front to the rear like a bedroll, then place it on the roof in front of the hatch. Unroll it from the rear to the front, then get one mirror into its pocket, then the other. Pull the cover into place over the nose, then pull it down over the rear end, since your cover is used it already has "learned" the shape of an HHR and it'll be much easier to apply.
One other hint, if you have the antenna pocket on yours, get the antenna into the pocket after placing the first mirror in its pocket, but plan on it not cooperating too well with you...I just unscrew the antenna when I use my cover.

Previous owner sent me his way of putting it on as well, both should make it easy to put on.

Thanks
I got it on ebay, had $100.00 sitting in my paypal account and these were $100.99 with Free Shipping.
No "buy it now" so I waited until the last second to bid the opening bid.
CHEAPY install "kit" 4 pieces of cardboard as templates, with a hole in them. 4 screws and 4 washers. No install directions.
WingKing online has a Better set of plastic templates and a direction sheet. $10-$20.00 more with shipping. I was gonna buy from them, but I got an unexpected $100.00 refund on some parts I was wanting to buy, so ebay and paypal it was basically costing me .99 cents.
At least thats what the wife saw on the bank statement!
There is a HOW TO on installing one here, I gave it a quick read and went out and installed it in about an hour give or take.
Gathering up the tools and putting them away takes about 1/2 the install time.
Real Easy, keep it 3/4"-1" away from the top edge and to center it, 1/2" on each side.
Search for > CHEVROLET HHR 06-10 OEM FACTORY STYLE ROOF SPOILER WING PAINTED WA8555 BLACK
And you should find them, come already painted so search for your color from the seller and wait for the auction to almost end and place the minimum bid to win it.
I wanted to add a rear spoiler for a Long time, but just couldn't decide on the LT "Hoop" style or the "Premier Edition" then later on used as the SS style one.
After finding the Front Visors for my Panel, I thought the bigger Hoop one would be the Better choice. The Front Visor is pretty wide so the scale of the LT rear spoiler should help balance the front and back better than the smaller Premier rear spoiler would.

The RED Visor and the '07 rear door stone chip guards I got, went to the Body Shop this morning.
Hope to install them later next week.
I'll post pics.
Tried wrapping the stone guards in Chrome Vinyl, wasn't happy with it, so Painting them Black.
