Installed a Airaid intake this afternoon. Was surprised yesterday when I opened the box and I had to completely build the thing. Put it together last nite, so that all I had to do was drop it in today. Went pretty smoothly. Next up, new wheels!

I so need to wax mine! I'm not sure the weather will hold up this weekend so if it doesn't, looks like I'll be waiting another week.

Took mine to the collision shop to get an estimate. Neighbor across the street backed into the left rear door. Going to cost almost $1700.00

Ouch! So sorry to hear that Len, what was the neighbor's excuse for ramming your HHR?

UFO Lights are looking groovy there Kev!

Sam, doesn't Mother Nature test your wax job every other day, and how'd you make out with the ticket resolution?

To second Sam's opinion chef, take your money back and run!

As for me to keep it OT...Got a call from my loving spouse letting me know her Civic Del Sol's left front wheel and a good part of the rocker panel were covered in thick black grease, had her crank the wheels hard left and take a peek..."I see lots of goop, and the rubber thing on the CV joint is split wide open".

Had the keys to Paddy in my hand before she looked under the fender, so off to Advance for two reman half-shafts, I know what I'll be doing this weekend..yay!

Half-shafts are on the workbench, Paddy and his garage pals have been dusted to remove the pollen, and I'm now reading up on "Honda Half-Shaft Replacement 101".

I'm going to shoot for my money back. I got pretty upset with the guy on the phone today and told him I didn't want the same guy redoing the tint. I'll keep you guys updated.

Today I gave mine a bath and vacuumed out the inside. Now the HHR is clean inside and out.
