Those are sweet A&P, do they make them for the hood?? I got hit today, I thought it was only my first mar on the new windshield,....but it hit the hood first, @#$^&*%$*

Not that I know of. A Hood Bra might have helped, or the Clear Bra can help with a chip in the paint. But hit hard enough, not gonna stop a dent.

I put my GM Hood Bra on the other day, haven't taken any pics of it on tho.

I gotta modify some things, with the custom grill, I can't Snap the snaps along the bottom.
I'll come up with something.

Don't know, came from nowhere, it crushed the paint, leaving a white chip. A bra would not have caught it, it's out in the middle of the hood, Time to order some new Dr. Colorchip.

 

Went to clear out The Express last night so it could be towed to the dealer this morning....
just had to try and start it... started right up..... drove her to the dealer and dropper her off last night for early bird service this morning.

I've had stones or something hit my windshields on other cars ive had, going 75-85mph on the tollways driving along with morning or going home traffic and BANG outta nowhere sounds like a loud POP scares the hell out of you. For a split second you think it's coming right through the glass and gonna smash your face in.

Pisses you off once you realize just happened knowing once you get out of your car your gonna see something your not gonna be happy about.

 

Well I was supposed to get my windows retinted this afternoon but the guy called and cancelled. I had a pretty heated conversation with the owner of the place and told him that if the same guy was planning to lay the tint that I'd just assume to have my money back. He told me that if his tint guy couldn't put the tint on correctly that he'd just give me my money back, so one way or the other I'll be taken care of.

 

Well today I figured I would finish the fog light install. went down to bestbuy told the guy in the installation garage what I needed he gave me a few spades. So got home unhooked battery took fuse box apart connected the spade to the relay hot side and put it all together and they work. When I press the button in the dash that I installed the fogs and the marker lights come on so will wait till I have some money to get the bcm programmed so the dash light will light.Soon as the sun gets low I can wash and maybe wax the car.
With & without the headlights on.
